MLA was founded in 2009 and is a management consulting and training firm enjoying strong growth. We have around thirty experienced consultants and young talents. MLA has clients in the Industrial, Automotive, Service, Retail and Transport sectors.
Our different areas of expertise can be combined in a holistic approach, or individually to tackle a specific issue. We provide consulting services or operational intervention from experienced consultants and experts from our ecosystem to back up your staff.
MLA is a member of SYNTEC Conseil, a professional union with which we contribute to discussions on the development of the profession, for example as part of the working group on dialogue with buyers.
To broaden our range of skills, MLA has set up the GIE P'REFERENCE Consulting group to work with complementary firms whose values we share. With a hundred or so consultants, this grouping means MLA can be listed with a number of key accounts.
To capitalise on past experiences and to share or improve our know-how, we have introduced a management system that has received ISO 9001 certification from AFNOR.
